SPECIAL PLAYERS SPECIAL RESULTS

 2008 EAST HAWAII SPECIAL OLYMPICS GOLF TOURNAMENT RESULTS

The 2008 East Hawaii Special Olympics Golf Tournament crowned Nolan Martin scoring a 106 over Marlin Yu who scored 113 in the Flight A division.   In a tightly contested B Flight match Mosiah Navarro scored a 125 just to edge out  Pohai Naungayan who had a 126.  

The East Hawaii Special Olympics Golf Team had their first season an what an amazing time for four golfers under the guidance of thier Coach George Lewitzki. Golf Treasures donated to the athletes, equipment, shoes, bags & balls in order for them to participate.  After weeks of practice, the area tournament was held at Volcano Golf & Contry Club on September 15, 2008. It was a wonderful competition, the athletes had a great time playing the 18 hole course.
